Akrofuom Senior High Technical School is a mixed, day and boarding institution established in September, 1991It is located at Adansi-Akrofuom in the Adansi South District of Ashanti Region The school has two sites which are separated by a riverOne site houses academic facilities whilst the other caters for accommodation facilities. The school is well staffed with qualified professional teachers in all departments and has been performing creditably in the WASSCE in the past years, especially 2015 and 2016The school also performs creditably in co-curricula activities even with limited resources/training facilitiesAkrofuom Senior High Technical School is a beneficiary of the Secondary Education Improvement Project (SEIP) To educate students in academic and moral discipline through effective teaching, learning and mentoring to ensure that students acquire skills, knowledge and character needed for personal development, civic responsibility and disposition.
