Glory be to God that the vision of the founder of the school, the Late JCAkosah, has come to fruitionAmaniampong Senior High School was established in 1963 as a community Secondary School to give access to secondary education to the people of Mampong Ashanti and its environs The Ministry of Education absorbed the school in 1965 and today, the school has been transformed to become one of the most patronized schools in the countryThe school has become a centre for academic and moral excellence .The school ensures that students on admission are provided with quality education to prepare them sufficiently for the WASSCE that facilitates them to qualify for Tertiary Education at the end of their three (3) year SHS programmeThe school provides a three-year comprehensive Senior High School Education to enable the student acquire requisite skills and knowledge that enhances them to develop their potentials and to contribute their quota towards the socio-economic development of the country
